Refund & Return Policy

 

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to be processed to your original method of payment.

 


 

Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Certain health and personal care items

Partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.

  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

 


 

Incorrect or Incomplete Address Provided

If the shipping address you provide is incomplete or incorrect, and causes delivery failure or a return to sender:

  • Re-delivery fees will be charged to the buyer.

  • If the package is lost due to the incorrect address, we can only refund 20% of the product price as partial compensation.

  • Please double-check your address at checkout to avoid these issues.

 


 

Shipping & Delivery Issues

 

Once an order is shipped, responsibility for delivery lies with the shipping carrier.

We are not liable for delays, damage, or loss caused by the carrier.

If a package is confirmed lost by the courier, we offer the following resolutions:

  • A full refund or replacement, only if the courier has officially confirmed non-delivery.

  • If the courier cannot confirm loss, we may offer a partial refund up to 20–50%, depending on the situation.

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will assess whether a refund, partial refund, or replacement is appropriate.

If a package is refused or unclaimed and returned to us, original and return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.

 


 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company.

  3. Contact your bank, as processing time may vary.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

 


 

Exchanges

We usually do not offer exchanges. Each item is carefully inspected before shipping.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and sent directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the value of your return.

If the item was not marked as a gift or was sent to the gift giver, the refund will go to the original purchaser.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable and borne by the buyer.

If your return is valued over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.

 


 

International Orders & Customs

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.
